岸田内閣の「閣議決定」で決めていく手法はナチス党のヒトラーの独裁政権の時代のやり方そのものである。
ヒトラーは『ワイマール憲法』を無視してまるでなかった事にして、当時のラジオや新聞や広告などを利用してドイツ国民の熱狂的な支持を得て、反対意見をその場の雰囲気や空気を読めないやつだとして非難して排除してきた。
ワイマール憲法下で堂々と「憲法無視」をしてきたナチス党が勝手に決めた法治国家論を展開して成立させた悪法を、その法に従わない者を反逆者として処罰の対象としてきた。
その結果がユダヤ人のホロコーストやジェノサイドであり、外側に敵対するものを作る事により、内側の不満を抑え、国民を一致団結させた。
ようするに、国民の「恐怖心」を煽って自らの政党を政治的に有利な立場にするのに利用したのが彼らの政治手法だったのだ。
いまの政権与党は『日本国憲法』をなかったかのように無視して、選挙による全国民の代表者の集まりである「国会」を無視して、議院内閣制というシステムを無視してひたすらこの国をハイジャックしてただ暴走している。まるで民主主義はこの国では機能していない様相である。
もはやこれは手の施しようがないくらい、この国の中枢部自体が「不埒な悪党に乗っ取られてしまっている」状態であるから、検察は分かっているであろうが、あなた達しかこの暴走は止められないし、公職選挙法だってこんな状態ではまともに守られる訳がないし、選挙自体がチートされる恐れさえある状況である。
国民自体が主権者としてこの政府の異常な暴走状態に「緊急事態」であると警告して、私は国民主権の名において直ちに検察が力を合わせて「法の支配、法秩序の回復」の行使をすることを願うものである。

この状況で検察が逮捕権を使って、これら国家に対する反逆者達を起訴しないのであれば、もはや国民にはただ一つ、『日本国憲法』によって論理的に導かれる「抵抗権」に基づく「革命」しか基本的人権を保つのは不可能な状態に置かれてしまい、人権回復を著しく困難なものとするために、ここで検察が何も動かないのであれば、この日本という国家は滅びることが予想できるのである。
